The delivery time is less than 48 hours, from payment of the order until delivery or withdrawal from the store; this delivery time may vary depending on the beneficiary's availability and the number of orders to be prepared.

We apply a fixed and single rate of €2.49 for service charges, withdrawal from the store is free. €4.99 are home delivery costs which may vary depending on the distance between the store and the place of delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive a detailed receipt by email or go to your customer account click on the "my orders" button and you will find each order with its detailed receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery code after the payment of your order. Keep this email as well as the delivery code, they can be useful for any questions regarding your order.
